All those questions you have but were afraid to ask... to ease your mind, we have answered some of our most frequently asked questions so you don't hove to.

Q: WHEN I RECEIVE A MASSAGE, DO I HAVE TO TAKE OFF ALL OF MY CLOTHING INCLUDING MY UNDERGARMENTS?

A: You can take off as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Naturally, it is easier to massage without restrictive clothing, but we are happy to tailor your treatment to your level of comfort.

Q: IS TIPPING CUSTOMARY?

A: Tips are never expected, but are appreciated if received.

Q: IS WAXING PAINFUL?

A: Though we try to be as quick, expert, and painless as possible, there may still be a small amount of pain involved. If you are concerned about this, we have a topical anesthetic available for purchase at our retail counter. A small price to pay for pain-free hair removal.

Q: WILL I BE EXPOSED DURING TREATMENT?

A: During treatments our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. If at any time you feel uncomfortable please alert your Garden therapist immediately so we can make your treatment a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Q: IS THE SPA EQUIPMENT CLEANED AND SANITIZED BETWEEN EACH APPOINTMENT?

A: We are as dedicated to your health as you are, and that includes keeping our spa environment clean and sanitary. Each piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and changed before and after each appointment.

Q: CAN I SHAVE BEFORE MY MEN'S FACIAL?

A: Shaving is up to you. Facial treatments can be given whether your face is shaven or not.

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?

A: It is best to plan as far ahead as you can. Naturally, weekends and evenings fill up first. We do accept walk-ins if the space is available.

Q: CAN I GIVE MY GIFT CERTIFICATE TO SOMEONE ELSE?

A: Gift certificates are transferable, but non-refundable and only applicable toward spa/salon services.
